Comparative Study of Physiological Changes in Turbot Scophthalmus maximus in Different Living Conditions

چکیده

The aim of this study was to compare the organismal responses farmed and wild-caught turbot, Scophthalmus maximus, based on analyses biochemical plasma parameters, leukocyte profile, histological tissue profile gills, kidney, liver, intestine, spleen, as well gene expression stress proteins in kidney liver tissue. results revealed significant differences triglycerides (TRIG), total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), globulin (GLOB), bilirubin (TBIL), creatinine (CRE) levels, creatine kinase (CK), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities that were higher, A/G ratio, calcium (Ca) phosphorus (P) concentrations, alkaline phosphatase (ALP), glutathione peroxidase (GPx) activity, which lower population. neutrophil-leukocyte (N:L) ratio HSP70, HSP90, WAP65-2 increased turbot. turbot infested with gill digenean parasite Dactylogyrus sp. tapeworm Bothriocephalus scorpii. obtained provide valuable data for assessment physiological future comparative studies effects various endogenous exogenous factors homeostasis species.
